Isabel and Roberto are entrepreneurial persons involved in paperless laboratory processes projects. Coming from international managerial roles with strong domain knowledge in laboratory processes, laboratory automation, laboratory informatics, and project management, they launched their personal project, NL42 consulting, by 2012. Soon their own customers were asking for better visibility of the industry solutions and learn about the latest technological trends and best-recommended methodologies.
Along the time, the Paperless Lab Academy has become the platform where to find the answers.

Sergio has been in the laboratory informatics business since the year 2000 and worked predominantly in the Laboratory Information Management Systems domain ever since, in several companies and under various roles: developer, consultant, business analyst, project manager, and team lead. Having a passion for cats and technology, Sergio thinks that an innovation-driven pharmaceutical corporation and a top player in the Animal Health business just seems the right place to be. Recently achieved a key milestone by revamping the Biopharma LIMS program, a key component of the corporate strategy.

Mr. Pijanowski brings over 30 years of professional experience related to laboratory operations and scientific informatics. Throughout that time, Pat has served in various roles focusing on LIMS, Electronic Laboratory Notebooks, laboratory instrumentation and related scientific data systems.

Peter Cohan is the founder and principal of The Second Derivative , the GreatDemo! methodology focused on helping software organizations improve their sales and marketing results – primarily through improving organizations’ demonstrations. He has experience as an individual contributor, manager, and senior management in marketing, sales, business development, and as a member of the C-suite. He has also been and continues to be, a customer.

Mr. De Rudder has +15 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry with expert knowledge in Computerized Systems GxP requirements & validation. He works as Site eCompliance/Computerized Systems Team Lead at Novartis. He drives continuous improvement to meet and sustain compliance, also active as a volunteer in ISPE GAMP Community of Practice.

Upgrading global informatics platforms present a variety of challenges that must be managed by the project team. During this presentation, we will discuss how we approached this and provide our experience on how to manage a project of this size, especially when consolidating data from multiple instances to bring the business into the data-driven future

Peter founded Carelliance in 2000. Carelliance is specialized in long term data curation for healthcare and life sciences. As its name suggests it's an alliance/network company that links organizations and is driven by trust in medical communications. Recent activities have been with iMMovator to develop the Dutch Health Hub and Erasmus MC to develop a data-driven Genetic Lab service organization. Carelliance supports trusted data service organizations with platforms based on open/standard interfaces. This enables co-operatives to share their data assets with their clients and allows secondary use of data for benchmarking big data analysis and discoveries.
