Troy started her journey in 2013 in Life Science and have built up a solid background in the laboratory area, covering GxP solutions for Pharma Manufacturing, and other, less regulated uses of Laboratory Informatics. She designs solutions and advises about the use of technology in the lab to help ensure that critical data is captured and traced effectively.
She enjoys meeting customers and helping translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Gabriele Magarò
Principal Solution Engineer
Gabriele obtained his master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy, before joining Angelini Pharma as a Medicinal Chemist. During his time with the company, he had the opportunity to design and synthesize small molecule compounds as part of drug discovery programs. In 2018 Gabriele joined Dotmatics as an Application Scientist and since then has been using the experience obtained in the field to streamline scientific workflows and help other scientists get more value from their data
Roberto Tecco
Team Lead Technical Sales Specialist EMEA
EMEA Technical Sales Support Team Leader, Roberto Tecco has extensive experience in laboratory software. Informatics engineer, he started working for LIMS companies in 2000, initially providing technical support and developing applications, then coordinating resources and projects to deliver solutions for happier customers. He joined LabVantage in 2018 and is currently the leader of the EMEA Technical Sales Support Team, a group of LIMS experts performing demos in all Europe.
Tanina Cadwell
Solutions Architect
Tanina Cadwell is a solutions architect at Certara, leading product and customer solutions engagements. With a background in informatics and wet lab research, she guides customers on implementations of Vyasa products for clinical study design and life science research & discovery. Tanina has published in Nature Communications for her work at Harvard & MIT on the first transcriptomic atlas of the human retina and has recently published on how machine learning can expedite systematic literature reviews in the pharmaceutical industry.
Fabian Rauscher
Scientific Informatics Manager
In his role as Scientific Informatics Manager at Certara Germany GmbH, Dr. Fabian Rauscher is responsible for the provision and configuration of Certara enterprise solutions for customers from the pharmaceutical and life science industries in Europe. Dr. Rauscher completed his university education at the University of Stuttgart, where he first studied Technical Biology and earned his PhD in 2008 with work on computer simulations of antibiotic resistance proteins. Dr. Rauscher has more than a decade of experience with software for computer-aided drug development and computer systems for querying and processing scientific data in the early phase drug development environment.
Frank Schaffer

Frank holds a Ph.D. in organic Chemistry from the Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg Germany. Frank has been working in the Cheminformatics area in the field of consulting, product marketing and tech sales for over 28 years. His expertise lies in Lab Management, Inventory, Electronic Lab Notebooks, Lab Execution, LIMS and Data Analytics and Data Visualization.
Robert Reider

Bob Reider is a subject matter expert on laboratory informatics within quality control for the bio-pharmaceutical industry. Currently, he is an Associate Director, for Lonza Bioscience Informatics, where he is responsible for global software implementations. Bob has worked in QC Lab Systems Support and Laboratory Informatics for over 20 years.

Alessio´job experience started in the laboratories where he liked to execute and innovate the analytical chemistry processes. He spent more than 20 years in SGS moving from lab technician, to manager for the Environmental laboratory business in Italy, to global technical manager for the same division, adding also the responsibility of business IT manager. When SGS started one of the most important IT program for the company, named “Digital Laboratory” Alessio had the role of Global Process Owner for the about 1000 laboratories operating many sectors.

Since 1996 I’ve managed software projects for international pharma industries along all the supply chain process (R+D, clinical phase, manufacturing, quality, equipments, warehousing and logistics), projects to implement the 3 ICH (Q8, Q9 and Q10) and I was also involved in audits and validation tasks . I’m Master in Information and Knowledge Society and Postgraduate in Quality Systems in Industry and Pharmaceutical Research.
Miguel Alvariño Gil

My education started off by studying chemistry, followed by a PhD in bioinorganic chemistry. Entered the pharma industry in the Quality Control department at Takeda in Ireland, changed over to Lonza in Switzerland where I started in the Quality Control department. After a year at Paxvax leading the QA Release activities I re-joined Lonza and I was during three years in charge of the digitalization of QC activities at Lonza Visp. During the last two years I have worked on automating/robotizing different QC lab activities. I also finished back in 2017 an MBA in general management.

Sergio has been in the laboratory informatics business since year 2000 and worked predominantly in the Laboratory Information Management Systems domain ever since, in several companies and under various roles: developer, consultant, business analyst, project manager and team lead.
