Abstract
Laboratories are often challenged with finding a balance between delivering a highly-specified solution which completely fulfils their requirements, and ensuring an implementation which is both on time and within budget.
One way to ease this issue is to use a platform which enables the delivery of application-specific modules which contain industry-standard features and capabilities, so that businesses can select the functionalities they need and get up and running within days rather than weeks.
