PLA Events Code of Conduct

Madrid, February 2023, version 2.0

Paperless Lab Academy®  events are made up of a community with a common agenda, cause, and interests, who collaborate by sharing ideas, information, and resources. It is of paramount importance to the Paperless Lab Academy® planning committee that each and every person attending our events ( conferences, webinars and trainings courses) has a positive and rewarding experience and to that end, Paperless Lab Academy® is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all event participants.

We value the participation of each member and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout all events hosted in the Paperless Lab Academy® space.

The Paperless Lab Academy® planning committee has established this Code of Conduct to provide guidelines to participants and to ensure that all participants understand what behaviour is expected, and what behaviour will not be tolerated.

All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, Paperless Lab Academy® staff/committee members, exhibitors/sponsors, and all others are expected to abide by this Virtual Event Code of Conduct.

Paperless Lab Academy® has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff/committee at our meetings.

If you experience harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behaviour, Paperless Lab Academy® asks that you inform the organisers or contact info@paperlesslabacademy.com  so that we can take the inmediate appropriate action.
