Rita is the Managing Advisory Consultant for Laboratory services at NNIT, and thereby responsible for developing the services NNIT offers to support digital transformation in Quality and R&D Laboratories, and takes the role of trusted advisor in client projects. She has previously worked in Manufacturing and R&D life science companies, and has a strong scientific educational background, and merges this understanding of customer business and needs into IT consultancy.

This workshop will focus on setting a lab digitalization project for success, and zoom in on two of most common challenge root causes:
1] mismatch in expectations towards software vendors, and 2] underestimation what a digitalization project requires from Line of Business.
