Since the lates 90´s, he is involved in the implementation and management of quality systems (ISO17025, GLP, ISO17043, …) within the various units. Jean-Michel is involved in setting up a digital platform for the overall management of CRAW´s activities, whether in the form of certified or non-certified services, research activities or the management of plant and other collections.
