Abburu Sreedhar Rao is a prolific quality control enthusiast with over 25 years of experience in quality control operations. He holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Chemistry and achieved a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry. With substantial knowledge of the regulatory guidelines and industry exposure, Sreedhar has successfully handled many regulatory inspections from different authorities around the globe. He plays a vital role in enhancing staff performance, developing/implementing new processes, and leading high-performing teams.
Sreedhar has vast experience on instrument calibration, software troubleshooting, LIMS implementation, and application software implementation. He is a versatile contributor to all quality control activities and release of API products. Having sound experience in gap analysis of computerized systems, he has also worked on CSV with consultants from global organizations.
Sreedhar worked for 25 years with Divi’s Laboratories Limited and had a key role in Analytical Method Development Support and Quality Control Operations. Now, he is all set to lead the Quality Control operations in Divi’s.
Rajesh Thempadiyil

Rajesh T has over 20 years experience working in pharmaceutical industry. He has handled roles in his career namely, Quality Management Systems, Regulatory Compliance, Validation & Qualifications and Computerized System Validation with different organizations. In the current role he is responsible for Digital Transformation in Manufacturing and Quality Operations at Dr. Reddy’s and he is part of Digital & Process Excellence team. He is a core team member in the ISPE GAMP Good Practice Guide on “Data Integrity – Manufacturing Records” guide. He has authored chapters in the subjects of aseptic processing and Manufacturing Execution Systems. He is part of ISPE and acted as Co-Chair for GAMP India CoP. In ISPE he is working with SIG on Data Integrity, SIG on Pharma 4.0, SIG on Manufacturing Execution System and GAMP Awareness.

Pradeep has a perfect blend of Science, Technology and Business education qualifications in Masters in Biotechnology, PG Diploma in Bioinformatics, MBA in International Business Management and Executive leadership program from National University of Singapore.
Pradeep is currently on a new mission in bringing the Veeva – World largest Cloud Life Science Platform to India. He is assisting Indian Life Science companies to adopt and be successful in their Digital Quality Transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Veeva, Pradeep was the Country Manager for Abbott Informatics – STARLIMS business unit in India and South APAC and helped more than 25+ customers in choosing and adopting the right Quality & Lab automation solutions.

Antima Gupta is an Application Scientist in the Customer Engagement team at Collaborative Drug Discovery based in the UK.
Before joining CDD, she worked as a Biological Scientist for a hit-to-lead drug discovery project and used CDD Vault at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine/Salvensis, UK. She received her PhD in Molecular Microbiology and further contributed in science through her research as a UNESCO-L’Oréal International Young Women Scientist. During her 10 years research career, she focused on multiple drug discovery projects related to neglected tropical diseases.
Basha Kodidela

Mr. Basha KODIDELA is closely working with the Pharmaceutical industry understanding their needs and delivering consultative Technical Sales and Professional Services for the enterprise applications that could drive Productivity, IP protection, Quality Assurance across the divisions in a Pharmaceutical company from early Research to Development and Manufacturing.
By education, he is a Biochemist and Bio-Informatician with more than 17 years of experience in closely working with Life Sciences organizations.
